The beach is 24.5 kms away from our farmstay. Although Tuticorin has so much more to offer than just the beach, it still is a beach town and not going to the beach might make you miss out on the fun.

Our Lady of Snows Basilica is one of the most popular places of worship in Tamil Nadu. It is a shrine dedicated to St. Mary and is inspired from the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore in Rome.

It is a stunning church and one of the biggest in all of Tamil Nadu, and it is 26 kms away from the croft farm stay.

Located nearly 28 kms away from our farm stay, Hare Island lies near the famous port of Thoothukudi. Hare Island is a popular travel destination close to the city. It is ideal for a family picnic and spending some alone time observing the beauty of nature.

Water sports in Thoothukudi such as kayaking and canoeing are available 23 kms away from The Croft Resort – Premium Farm Stay.
Besides, facilities such as speed boat, family boat ride, snorkelling, scuba diving and recreational fishing would also be introduced on the beach soon.

The port of Tuticorin, another poplar local site, is located 24 kms away from The Croft Resort – Premium Farm Stay. Being the port hub of the state, the Tuticorin port is perhaps the busiest places in the city. For all those who are fascinated with the way a port functions, the port is all of it and much more.

Thiruchendur Murugan Temple is one of the most esteemed religious places of south India. Located right on the beach of Tuticorin District nearly 30 kms from here, it attracts millions of devotees over the year, paying respect to the in-house deity of Lord Murugan, the Tamil version of Lord Kartikeyan

The Nava Tirupathi Temples are nine different temples situated at nine different locations, all dedicated to Lord Vishnu. All the nine temples are located along the Tiruchendur-Tirunelveli route and staying in Tirunelveli or Thoothukudi is the best way to cover the Navathirupathi Temples as it just takes 18 kms from The Croft Resort – Premium Farm Stay.
